This page describes management of privacy policy in www.montipo.it website (hereafter the "Site"). This information is given according to art 13 of European rule 679/2016. This is valid only for the Site, belonging to Montipò Trading S.r.l., Piazza Martiri della Libertà 4, 28100 Novara (NO), Italy (hereafter the "Company ") and NOT for any other website linked to the Site pages (e.g. partners, brands or service providers).

It may occur that by browsing this Site some personal details that can identify people might be collected.

The manager of such data is the Company, which has to be addressed in order to: verify existance, content, origin and accuracy of data stored; to require completion, update, cancellation, transformation into anonymous data, blockage in case of law-enfringement and eventually opposition to data management.

The Site uses this web-analysis service provided by Google Inc. in order to collect gathered statistical information which can prove useful to estimate the usage of the Site and the visitor's behaviour. TYPES OF DATA TREATED

Data given voluntarily by the users

The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of e-mails to the addresses contained in this web site implies the acquisition of the sender´s address which is necessary to reply to the request, it also implies the acquisition of any other personal data contained in the body message. A part for what specified below under the surfing data section, users are free to give their personal data as requested by the forms. Their absence can make it impossible to obtain what requested.

Surfing data

Law and Jurisdiction

For any dispute arising from these terms and conditions and activities covered thereto the Court of Novara, Italy, shall have exclusive jurisdiction and the Italian laws shall apply.
The Company nonetheless reserves the right to take legal proceedings in other cities or countries other than Italy, to protect its interests or to enforce its rights whenever it deems it appropriate to do so.
