Description

Traditional fine beton ready-to-use, gravel max. diameter 0/5 mm.

BETON 15 is a fine beton ready for use according to italian applicable standards. Its composition:
- Portland concrete 32,5 R
- gravel mixture (max. diameter 0/15 mm).

Easy to prepare and apply, BETON 15 comes in handy 25 kg bags, each mechanically measured out and with a practical polyethylene separation: just add water and it´s ready. BETON 15 is recommended for any type of construction and non-armed structures.


How to use

Using BETON 15 is extremely easy, just open the bag, mix the aggregates with the binder, add required water (approx. 2/3 litres for a single bag) in order to get the desired texture (recommended texture: half-fluid).

Mixing can be done in the following ways:
a) with a dodger
b) hand-mixer
c) automatic mixer

Paste mixing should last at least 3/4 minutes (or until reaching an omogeneous mould): this would allow a correct use of BETON 15.

Advice for a correct use

Do not separate bag contents to preparare portions of product in different times: all bag must be prepared and used at once. This will avoid mixtures with different mixture ratios. Do not add further aggregates and/or gravels to the paste.

An open bag of BETON 15 can be stored for a very limited period.
